Prototypes & Samples
Prototype packages begin at $758 per garment. Pricing is based on simplicity or complexity of the garment.
Packages Include:
One fit sample made in muslin/sample fabric (used to check fit and design)
One set of revisions to pattern
One sew sample (a finished sample made in your fabric)
Additional Sew Samples $165/ea (up to 3)

MINI Production
Yes MINI!
When we say we have low minimums, we mean it! Anywhere between 5 and 50 pieces per style is our sweet spot. Priced per piece.
Why MINI? Sometimes you only need a little. We decided to offer mini production for those designers who are:
Just beginning to take orders and don’t want to hold a surplus of merchandise.
Testing the market.
On a budget and can’t invest in 200-500 pieces.
No outsourcing! We make everything in our sunny Oakland, CA studio with industry standard sewing equipment.
Production Management
You run a growing business. You may even be a solo-preneur taking on the roles of designer, head of marketing, sales team, customer service rep, shipping coordinator, and CEO! It’s a lot, but it doesn’t have to be.
Hire us! The JEAJA Team has over 50 years combined apparel industry experience. As Production Manager, we can work for your brand for as little as 5 hours per week.
What does a Production Manager do?
Oversee development, fittings, and fit approval process of clothing and other textile products and samples
Communicate with domestic and overseas factories
Create and update tech packs and line sheets
Maintain and update time and action calendar
Source vendors including fabrics, trims, and labels
Work with factories to achieve desired costing and margin goals
Manage all communication with vendors to ensure daily clarity and product status updates
Work with you to ensure the goals for product completion, function, cost, fit and commercial viability are met
Create and maintain excel spreadsheets weekly, including line lists and inventory reports
